Delivery Policy:

Store hours are 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday - Friday and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturdays. Orders must be received before 12:00 pm in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Saturday Deliveries must be received by 11:00 am as we close at 1:00 pm thru the summer.

Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Deliveries of orders to rural addresses and any out of town deliveries are subject to a higher delivery charge and are not guaranteed. 

We call all reciepents at home address to assure they will be home for the delivery. We will not leave any deliveries outside or unattended. 

Substitution Policy:

Substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.

Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays.

In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquets, we will make every attempt to match the flowers type, but may substitute with another color.

*We do NOT send photos to customers due to many circumstances. If you have an issue and want something specific or a more detailed idea please contact our shop and speak with a designer.
